Due to an increase in commuters utilising the carpark, we have introduced a carpark monitoring system to issue breach notices to non-customers who park at the centre for more than three hours, ensuring our shoppers have access to convenient parking.

Should you receive a breach notice while shopping with us, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience and ask you to visit our Centre Management Office or call 9426 8882 so we can resolve the issue.

As a remedy to this we have contracted Secure Parking to monitor the carpark to ensure it is available to short term shoppers, while our upper deck carpark has been assigned to our long term parking customers.
While in the long term this will provide a positive outcome for our valued regular shoppers, we are currently liaising with the contractor to ensure the transition process is as smooth as possible. Should any of our customers wrongly receive a fine (are not parked at the centre for longer than three hours) we ask them to visit the Centre Management Office to see our Client Service Manager to address the issue.
Hawaiian’s focus is to provide our customers with quality facilities that create a positive engagement with our shopping.

Public Phone

A public telephone is located near the second Coles entry near notice board.
